 NO REFUNDS ON ANY RETAIL PRODUCTS DUE TO COVID-19

We are limiting to persons in our day spa and 2  apart except during a service between client and therapist , we also ask that you practice good hygiene prior to arrival . 

Gloves /Masks are provided depending on service. Hand wipes are available pre/post entering spa and a high grade of sanitation preformed daily.

Disposable linens are used for some services . 

If your symptomatic or not feeling well we ask you to reschedule your appointment and contact your health provider .

 A consent form will be required to be signed prior to your service.

We're a Boutique Lofty MEDI-Spa 

We do not provide any therapeutic services to under 18  years of age. In exception to Piercing Acne Treatment Waxing and Laser, some conditions apply and parental or legal guardian consent and must be present during treatments , contact us via email for details and not equipped to have small children or enfants present while services are rendered.    

Cancellations 24hrs notice by email/call 

No Shows appointments missed more than 2 times will require a

pre-authorized credit card to book your next service

Large Groups ex : Wedding's/ Event's cancellation's must give 1 weeks notice or 50 % of services booked will be charge to the credit card you provide. 

Taxes:  Applies to all services and products. We accept 

 VISA DEBIT VISA MC AMEX JBC .

Gratuities :Groups/Events over 3 persons a charge of 15% will be added to your account.  

Harassment / Defamation of Character will not be tolerated on our premises or off , if so we will consult legal advisers or proper authorities.   

Prices/Updates/Policies can be changed without notice

Groupon Vouchers number and copy of purchased must be provided upon booking some conditions apply. We do not accept expired vouchers contact Groupon for refund details.
